Your place in the team  Develop, implement, manage and improve Terminals relevant performance processes.
Drive and support decision making process through strategic data analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Lead Performance Management, Process Improvement and strategic initiatives within the Terminals Inventory management area.
Create transparency of the Hungarian Device Market by developing and using the appropriate Business Intelligence (BI) You will be involved in the following tasks    Terminals Performance Management/Reporting •Analysis of Inventory Management KPIs and development and proposal of corrective measures.
•Drive and control corrective actions and development of Inventory Management KPIs •Operates a reporting system with elements such as.
-Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on the Terminals performance.
Bringing out valuable insights into terminals performance / behaviour.
-Helping track and identify terminals trends of strategic relevance for Terminals teams (suppliers’ shares, cost trends, portfolio alignment, project performance etc.)  •Ensures that all commercial achievements are captured and consolidated in one report.
•Supports Terminals Marketing Managers with required reports to ensure full transparency on commercial deals to achieve best value for VF Hungary.
•Pro-actively analyses supplier performance and communicates areas for improvement   Value Chain Management •Controls the total inventory by optimizing the Days of Supply (DOS), inventory value, volume, obsolete stock and stock provision •Drive for process and system innovation to manage terminals processes in the most effective and efficient way    Financial Impact Analysis •Working Capital interface to Finance and Global Terminals department •Creates monthly stock provision report for VF Hungary •Establishes stock value report for VF Hungary Terminals •Communicates stock provision and value to respective stakeholders and drive for actions if required   Terminals Market Intelligence •Deep understanding of the Hungarian Handset business including operator and open markets business.
