As we aim to further our portfolio's reach and impact, we invite individuals with a passion for financial excellence and innovation to join our ranks.Your Role and Impact:As an Investment Associate, you will leverage your comprehensive background in audit, transaction advisory services, and M&A to drive our investment process. Your role will be crucial in uncovering and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting rigorous financial analysis, and advising on strategic decisions that shape the future of our portfolio companies and the fund itself.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed financial audits, due diligence, and analysis to assess the viability and potential of investment targets.Utilize your expertise in M&A to advise on structuring deals, evaluating potential synergies, and conducting post-merger integrations.Offer transaction advisory services to enhance the fund's strategic decision-making and investment outcomes.Foster and maintain robust relationships within the investment community, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.Keep abreast of financial trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic investment decisions.What We Look For:A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, with a specific focus on M&A and transaction advisory services.A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly valued.Demonstrated success in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and deal execution.Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills are essential.Excellent communication abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.High adaptability and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.A profound passion for finance, investment, and the growth-stage ecosystem.Fluent Spanish and English.This is your chance to contribute to a fund that's not just investing but also shaping the future of innovative companies.
