Investor Development Team - Market Research Associate or Senior Market Research Associate - ES The Investor Development Team is currently seeking a Market Research Associate or Senior Market Research Associate based out of our London, Frankfurt or Barcelona office.
The role of the Investor Development team within Fitch Ratings is to.
• Raise the visibility and engagement of Fitch ratings with global debt capital market constituents, particularly fixed income investors • Be the voice of the buyside community within Fitch ratings, providing critical feedback on products, research and data • Drive deeper investor engagement and embed Fitch ratings and analytics in their workflows.
This increase in profile and engagement will be quantified by a broad range of metrics.
The team has members in New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Riyadh, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing and Sydney.

• Provide direct marketing support to the EMEA Investor Development Team.
• Manage content distribution, repurposing and marketing (primarily via email) to appropriate audiences, collaborating closely with the Marketing department.
• Be the point person in IDT for virtual events, liaising with the dedicated Events team.
• Be responsible for the IDT-led webinar platform, one of the key outreach channels at Fitch • Be responsible for list management for marketing campaigns and virtual events.
• Run performance reports for the various marketing campaigns the Investor Team manages.
• Contribute generally to implementation of strategy for the Investor Development Team.
• Identifying pertinent research, preparing customised messages, and distributing targeted emails to the relevant investor audiences.
Working with IDT colleagues to extend the shelf-life of relevant content and create cross-marketing campaigns.
• Compiling marketing materials, pitch books and presentations with guidance of senior team members.
• Ensuring consistency in marketing approach across the EMEA region in liaison with local IDT representatives and with other BRM teams in global locations What You Need to Have.
• The high-energy, team-player must be able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a marketing or business development role; financial services advantageous but not obligatory • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • An interest in financial markets.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a high standard.
• Working experience in data manipulation and financial data tools (Bloomberg, Ipreo, Markit, etc.) • Highly self-motivated.
