Key Responsibilities.
The I2C Specialist I (Collections) is responsible for handling and overseeing end to end service delivery in the Invoice to Collection and dispute process serviced by JNJ Global service Finance in Manila.
This position reports to the Collections Senior Team Lead.
Major Duties & Responsibilities 1.
Run customer collection, supervise meaningful metric result to meet the dedication of Service Level Agreement 2.
Will receive inbound calls for any collections concerns and handle outbound calls if vital 3.
AR Forecasting and analysis 4.
Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and detailed in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP, and other control requirements 5.
Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of collection and dispute process across various entities 6.
Handle Sales Order Releasing within scope of authority 7.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager Qualifications Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance or related business field.
CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is an advantage.
Experience and Skills.
1-2 years of relevant work experience Has an End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management), with extensive expertise in the latter (Collections/Dispute Management) and preferably in the same Industry as J&J – Healthcare/Pharma – Preferred.
If not possible.
Strong customer engagement skills (including ability to handle difficult customers) for both internal and external partners, particularly within EMEA and NA regions.
Willing to work night shift Basic Negotiation skills Analytical and problem solver Willing to work onsite in Edison Road, Merville, Parañaque Willing to work on a temporary hybrid setup Required.

Fluent in English for communication, for both oral and written 2.
Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP 3.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of customers.
