We are looking two profiles for this project: IPT Engineer (L2 / L3) and IPT Technical Architect
??What will you do in the project?
IPT Engineer (L2 / L3)Participation management and implementation of CISCO videoconferencing and telecommunications projects Occasional assistance to operational teams L1 L2 in resolving complex incidents Major incident management qualification action plan resolution RCA Managerial management of incidents and problems Ensure the transfer of skills to operational teams technicians and engineers Update technical documentation HLD LLD and procedures Hardware performance test configuration
IPT Tecnical Architect The selected profiles must have a high level of expertise in unified communication technologies telephony videoconferencing etc The role consists of designing and implementing international projects around IPT and VC infrastructures among the largest in Europe, but also supporting RUN teams on the most complex operational issues Resolving level 2 and 3 incidents oriented towards telephony videoconferencing Responding to specific hardware or application requests Feeding a technical knowledge base Participating in Telephony Videoconferencing Projects Providing occasional assistance to operating teams Ensuring the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure Ensuring the transfer of skills to technicians if necessary Update technical documentation and procedures
