¿Qué harás? What will you do? - You will manage Lifecycle Applications and Applications Inventory.
- Provide Applications Risk Assessment, Business Service Level Description and Service Support.
- Contribute fot the Applications Data Protection and Security.
- Ensure the Resolution of Incidents (2nd level support) efficiently and effectively.
- Support the License and Release Management.
¿A quién buscamos? Who are we looking for? -You have a Bachelor Degree in Computers Science or any other technical degree.
- Required Knowledge in Applications design and architecture.
- Experience in Service Delivery or any other similar position.
- Basic knowledge in IT Security standards.
- Ability to lead activities involving users from different countries.
- ITIL knowledge (preferred ITIL certified).
- Your level of English is advance or C1.
