Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a IT Facilities Maintenance (H/M) en Sevilla.
Descripción del empleo Asegurar la funcionalidad y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, sistemas y herramientas informáticas en las instalaciones del cliente.
Tareas y responsabilidades.
Mantenimiento de las instalaciones y soporte técnico informático (instalación de software, mantenimiento de equipos informáticos, mejoras y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, etc.).
Dar soporte informático a los usuarios.
Resolución de incidencias informáticas reportadas en las instalaciones.
Configuración específica de equipos informáticos y software.
Reporte y seguimiento de tickets a terceros para asegurar el correcto estado y funcionamiento de las instalaciones (Facility management o departamentos relacionados).
Tareas de mantenimiento de la infraestructura informática (redes, cableado, actualizaciones, seguridad...).
Carga de aplicaciones específicas en equipos de usuario final.
Control logístico del material gestionado por el departamento.
Apoyo in situ a diferentes departamentos en las instalaciones gestionadas por el cliente.
Apoyo en la investigación e implantación de mejoras en el departamento para aumentar la eficiencia de los procesos.
Automatización de tareas mediante scripting, RPA o herramientas similares.
Apoyo al análisis de datos participando activamente en el desarrollo de cuadros de mando.
Requisitos FP en informatica o electronica Inglés B1 Información adicional Jornada Intensiva de mañana Fecha de incorporación.
