Do you want to be part of this great family?🎯 What we’d like you to doManage and grow key client accounts in the Cloud and Cybersecurity sectors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction with the solutions and services provided.Develop account plans and execute strategies aligned with corporate goals. You will work closely with your clients to understand their business needs, identifying growth opportunities and cross-selling Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions, including offerings related to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Drive revenue growth by expanding the portfolio of services within your assigned accounts. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, product, and marketing) to create and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and ensure the successful execution of projects. You will be instrumental in aligning internal resources to support the client’s strategic initiatives.Monitor client satisfaction and ensure that the solutions delivered meet or exceed expectations. This includes maintaining regular communication, attending industry events with clients, and proactively identifying new business challenges that Making Science can address.Report to senior management on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics. You will provide strategic insights on client needs, competitive positioning, and market trends, ensuring alignment between account management and overall business objectives.🔊 What we’d like you to bringAt least 10 years of experience in commercial roles, with a strong focus on account management and business development in the Cloud and Cybersecurity sectors. You should have significant expertise in managing high-value accounts, driving growth, and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers.Proven experience managing strategic accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in the Telecom and Technology sectors. You should be able to navigate complex organizational structures and be seen as a trusted advisor by clients.A deep understanding of client needs and business drivers, particularly in Cloud and Cybersecurity. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers, and the ability to position these services as solutions to business challenges, will be highly valuable.A solid track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, creating account development strategies, and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and cybersecurity trends, particularly in virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, RedHat), 5G systems, and network virtualization (SD-WAN), to effectively address client needs and ensure the competitiveness of proposed solutions.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to influence key stakeholders, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the account.
