We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the design, deployment, and delivery of projects of medium and High complexity.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing IT solutions that meet business requirements, while effectively managing project teams and ensuring project objectives are met.
Role Purpose.
Manage the design, deployment, and delivery of projects of medium complexity (determined by budget, timeline, and stakeholder), providing IT solutions that meet business requirements Direct project teams (externals) and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.
Manage diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization by effectively displaying the excellence in soft skills Execute innovative, impactful, cost effective, and measurable programs, tightly aligned to business objectives.
About the Role Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.
Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices.
Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
Alternatively, may support the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion   Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels / tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed project governance (e.
., Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope   Collaborate effectively with other teams, DDIT Functions and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project   Expertise in supporting Head of Business & Operations in creating the strategic plan and then driving the same towards implementation     Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.

​ Minimum Requirements.
University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar OR relevant experience.
Certified in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE 2 is preferred   Prior experience in delivering GxP solutions within G lobal D rug D evelopment Clinical IT landscape is desirable   Knowledge of clinical dev elopment operations systems, processes and tools is desirable   Ability to work and collaborate in matrixed teams to deliver projects with interdependencies like integration components   Experience using various project management methodologies    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams   Capability to help the Program lead / portfolio lead to structure plan, estimate, deliver, deploy and operate the project as required   1 0 years of experience in IT Project Management   Proven capacity to respond to changes which impact the project, deal with uncertainty and proactively problem solve to deliver the best possible outcome   Ideally this would include experience of these areas in regulated environments, because of the high impact of quality and controls in the Pharmaceutical industry.
