WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️Experience:Minimum of 4 years in IT risk management, governance, or a related field.Exposure to international projects and diverse teams.Familiarity with ISO 27001 (knowledge of 27017 and 27018 is a plus).Understanding of identities, access management, and third-party risk management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory).Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.Adaptability to work across diverse cultural and professional environments.High attention to detail and organizational skills. 👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈 Governance and Risk Management:Develop and implement IT risk governance frameworks.Oversee operational resilience and access management protocols.Collaborate with teams to manage third-party risks effectively.Compliance and Standards:Ensure adherence to ISO standards (27001, 27017, and 27018).Assess and mitigate risks related to identities, access management, and operational resilience.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Partner with international teams (100+ members, including 20 developers) to align risk strategies.Communication and Training:Communicate complex risk concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Train and support teams on governance, access management, and resilience practices. 🚀 WHY US? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
