IT STRATEGY MANAGER (SAP)

Join Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of the Capgemini group!We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager with solid experience in defining and executing IT strategies in organizations where the operational core is supported by SAP. This role combines strategic leadership with the ability to develop technology modernization plans, best practice benchmarking and digital transformation, driving innovation in dynamic and competitive industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the definition of IT strategies aligned with business objectives and technological evolution.Design technology modernization plans, prioritizing the adoption of new SAP versions and solutions (S/4HANA, RISE, BTP).Perform benchmarking analysis of IT solutions in similar industries, identifying trends and best practices.Collaborate with executive teams to translate business needs into concrete technology solutions.Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in digital transformation projects.Evaluate current architectures and recommend efficient modernization approaches.Identify opportunities for process optimization through technology.Generate business cases and roadmaps for the implementation of defined strategies.RequirementsEducation: Preferably technical careersExperience: Minimum 6 years in IT consulting, with focus on technology strategy and SAP projects.Experience in industries with a strong dependency on SAP core (manufacturing, distribution, services, real estate, etc.).Solid understanding of SAP solutions: S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and the ecosystem of integrated tools.Knowledge of IT benchmarking and comparative analysis methodologies.Experience leading large scale technology transformation projects.Analytical skills and ability to manage technological complexity.High level of English.By joining Capgemini Invent, you will be part of a bright and talented team.
