IT TECHNICIAN / IT HELP DESK

Important company in the automotive sector needs to incorporate IT Analyst I-II-III/Client Support to develop the following functions:Provide First level support for all in scope users.Utilizes incident Management system to track, prioritize and report on customer issues from initiation to closure.Diagnose and resolve operational incidents.Work along service level agreements towards the resolution or escalationFollow all TIFS and IT published processes/policies.Ensure KPI for in scope sites are kept at and above the required levelsPrepare documentation as required.Manage lifecycle of hardware and software.Order and coordinate the installation of hardware and software.Co-ordinate with third party service providers.Advise, plan, implement or install new solutions.Evaluate current and new hardware and software and recommend replacement.Occasional Travel to operations sites to assist users and projects on siteProvide off-hours support as required.Other IT related tasks or IT project work as and when necessaryRequirements: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.5 years' experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both local language and English.Deep knowledge of O365 products, Apple Products and IOS Support, Software deployment, patching, and PC deployment with modern tools.Microsoft certifications preferred and Apple iOS developmentExperience in developing and deploying mobile device applications and Experience in network connectivity preferred.Customer service driven with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and technical writing ability.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Arabic and French (Preferred).Valid driver's license.Benefits: Hybrid telework modelIndefinite contract to full time Competitive salary
