We are seeking a talented Italian Grid Connections Engineer to join our dynamic team in Madrid.💼 Role Description: As an Italian Grid Connections Engineer, you will play a vital role within our Global Grid Connections Team. Working closely with our Italian project development team, your primary responsibility will be carrying out the project's development connection to the electrical grid process in Italy.📝 Responsibilities:Attend conferences/webinars/events both in person and online to follow up and keep updated on the development of renewable projects and on the italian energy network.Support in the conduction of grid analysis studies for our global teams.Know the status of the updated networks to optimize the search for locations where the promotion department can develop future projects in Italy.Draft reports in relation to the analysis of the networks.Carry out load, stability and short circuit studies in Italian grid if necessary.Comply with the quality, health and safety and environment management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures, etc.Communicate with the engineering team for project development purposes.Keep up to date with all matters regarding the Italian electricity network.🔑 Requirements:University Degree or Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering /electrical engineering/energy engineering.Valuable knowledge of single line diagrams.Advanced use of the Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Earth, QGIS or similar will be highly valued.Ability to work in a team, problem solving, interpersonal skills, good communication.A dynamic, proactive person with the ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fluid and results-oriented environment.Italian speakerAdvanced level of English highly valued.🏅 Benefits:Competitive market-compatible salary.Career progression opportunities.Language classes and training programs.Join us in driving the transition to a sustainable future and be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the renewable energy landscape.
