ITALIAN SPEAKING CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a   Italian Speaking Contract Specialist      Your role in a nutshell.
To provide timely and constructive solution-oriented contract services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer.
To provide support for drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of contracts.
What you’ll do.
• Provides accurate, effective and timely contracting support within the agreed scope  • Ensures material risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers and third parties • Develops strong links with key stakeholders, particularly in sales, legal, commercial, bid management, marketing and finance • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the contracting process.
• Participates in the development of pro-forma local agreements and other standard documents and training materials • Assists in the development and sharing of know-how and precedent materials.
• Ensures that all documents are signed and stored in the contract management database and other internal systems.
What you’ll bring to the team.
Knowledge and understanding of commercial and contract law Studies in Economy field some experience in contract management/commercial legal role computer skills (MS Office) project management skills analytical skills problem solving skills reliability and proactivity communication and influencing skills teamwork negotiation skills ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
excellent command of the English and Italian languages, both written and spoken 1+ years of relevant work experience in the field of commercial and contracting law     In return we provide you with.
