ITALIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (TVT TEMPORARY)

The team plays a crucial part in ensuring that new customers and orders are created in our systems and that all signals, information such as codes, and contact information have come in correctly.
This is a full time role with rotating shifts between hours/day, 5 days/week Monday to Friday but including 2 Saturdays per month and 2 Sundays per year.
The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of being extended.
The position will consist of.
Registering incoming sales in our systems.
Responding to all test and verification calls from engineers and Sales reps.
Monitoring and following up signals in the Interview.
Creation of tasks and work orders in CRM.
Handling of Self-Service Robot Review and Process.
Support Sales Operations and other CS departments.
Who are you? You like to work at a fast pace, in an efficient manner, and capable of handling pressure in a structured way.
You have great communication skills and a great eye for detail.
You are goal-focused and always look for an opportunity to improve.
You speak Italian and English fluently.
It's also valued if you… Speak other languages in our department.
Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish.
Have experience within a customer service-related area.
Have a good way of speaking and listening to the customer.
Are a good multitasker.
Are a flexible and responsible.
Like challenges and working towards common goals.
Are comfortable using PC and phone as your primary working tools.
