The best way to grow as a company is to help you grow as a person, hence the availability of learning and development opportunities.Meet you future departmentSales is the direct link between the company's product and its customers, identifying our customer's unique needs and making sure that those needs are met.How can you help us?*Responding to new changes in the economic reality and being a fundamental business support in the implementation of the strategy and fulfilment of the company's objectives.This role supports flawless execution against retail Customer plans to achieve overall sales and profit goals.*Location: Candidates from other regions in Spain will be considered.Your main responsibilitiesWorks against annual operating plan (AOP) targetsAssists with business customer plan development and executionAids in developing, executing, and maintaining wiring strategies, both internally and with customer leadershipAnalyses Data and Trends to Increase Sales and ProfitabilityCommunicates and works with Field Sales to executePartners with Category Management Teams to gain insight and help develop business growth opportunitiesUtilizes consumer and shopper insights to deliver leading category management and consumer reach programsCollects competitive activity and circulates basic category data and insights for internal/external useAttends periodic internal and external customer planning and execution meetingsActivates local marketplace initiatives and promotionsPerforms weekly/period forecasting and demand planningContributes to consistent operational growth through given key performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., financial targets, space targets, display targets)Performs periodic market visitsAssists in all areas of business planning (e.g., forecasting, internal and external communication, reporting, financial accounting, administration)Effectively manages trade spend and forecast accuracyConducts business reviews with customers to review current state of the business and future opportunities as well as to align on future activities/goalsPerforms customer wiring with key operational and executional contactsAcademica BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics or relatedMaster's degree in Business or Sales will be valuableProficiency in Spanish and B2-C1 level of English2 to 3 years' experience requiredSkills and competencesExperience in Business.
