Are you organized, fluent in English and Polish, and ready to bring creative ideas to life?An international Exhibition Stand Design & Building Agency is looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage the design and construction of our client´s booths both nationally and internationally.We are looking for an organised dynamic and enthusiastic junior PM who likes design and construction and speaks fluent English and Polish (Spanish is a plus).We value foreign profiles with the experience of living in various countries We are looking for someone who is able to multitask several projects, is motivated, perfectionist, and has a track on customer relations care.If you enjoy variety, working with people, and problem-solving, this role is for you!What You’ll Do:Support Projects: Assist Senior PMs to keep projects on track, venue ordersWork with Clients: Help understand client needs and contribute to stand designs.Coordinate Teams: Communicate with designers, suppliers, and venue organizers.Onsite Supervision: Oversee setups and ensure quality delivery.Learn the Industry: Visit factories, manage logistics, and build your skills.Who You Are:Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.Comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ready to work hands-on and solve problems.What You’ll Need:Fluency in English and Polish (Spanish would be a plus!).2 years of experience in events or exhibitions.Basic knowledge of materials and the ability to read simple plans.What We Offer:Competitive salary.Career growth in a dynamic, supportive team.Exciting, varied projects in a fast-paced industry.Ready to make an impact?
