Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace carsCould you be the full-time Junior Railway Manufacturing Project Manager in Madrid (Villaverde) for a temporal role we’re looking for?Your future role :Drive the execution of project with no-criticality, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations (summarized in contract charter)Be accountable for project Quality Cost Delivery Planning (QCDP) and project Environment Health & Safety (EHS),Ensure Ametsis legal and contractual rights are protected,We’ll look to you for:1/ Be responsible for project QCDP performance and optimize Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash)2/ Be responsible for the project management: implementation and follow up of project strategy in line with contractual requirements and Ametsis processes3/ Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out including:Team leadingMake sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project/ goals.Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among themAlignment with contractual requirements4/ Manage customer and external stakeholders’ relationshipEnsuring alignment with customer contractual requirements5/ Coordinate EHS/Railway Safety at depot and project levelEnsure EHS rules are transmitted, known and implemented at project levelNotify incidents and deviations that affect EHS/Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and to all the production & project management teamAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
