Our user-friendly app supports seamless, low-risk transactions, promoting transparent, predictable and manageable investments. Reviero uses technology to transform the real estate agency market, empowering investors with innovative tools for earning a passive income. We are a startup with big international expansion plans over the coming 3 years.    POSITION OVERVIEW For our upcoming next startup phase, Reviero is in search of a reliable and motivated junior sales person focussing on generating leads and building up a portfolio of clients. We have big international expansion plans over the next 3 years which will provide several career development opportunities.    RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate potential sales leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and online research. Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Reviero's services and explore their needs. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position Reviero's services. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase the advantages of Reviero’s platform to potential clients. CRM Management: Accurately input and manage client information and interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure efficient follow-ups and lead tracking. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify incoming leads to determine the best opportunities for conversion. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Reviero’s platform and offerings to effectively answer client queries and highlight benefits. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain communication to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align strategies and enhance the customer experience. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to help improve services and address any. Sales Support: Support senior sales with sales related tasks.  SKILLS Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Proven Sales Experience: Extensive experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the real estate and/or technology sectors. Active Listening: Proficiency in listening to client needs and concerns to tailor solutions effectively. Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and processes, including prospecting, pitching, and closing. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues and find innovative solutions to meet client needs or overcome obstacles. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the market, company strategy, or customer preferences. Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on providing excellent support to clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members across various departments. Resilience: Persistence and determination to overcome rejections and continue pursuing leads. Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Basic Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental marketing principles that can enhance sales efforts. Networking Skills: Ability to identify and cultivate contacts that may lead to new business opportunities. Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences, especially important in the diverse real estate market.   COMPENSATION The total compensation package includes a competitive base salary and performance-based commission scheme.
