You will focus on manage the commercial strategy by product line, region or client in order to ensure maximum profitability for the company.Responsibilities• Define the commercial strategy, business plan, and target projects by product line and client.• Responsible for obtaining new projects according to the commercial strategy and following pricing/margin rules.• Lead the front office team in order to achieve the projects that have been targeted.• Be the representative of the company to clients in follow-up visits, negotiations, audits, events, etc.• Lead the negotiation of the purchase contracts (if aplicable), update yearly serial forecast and payment follow up.• Follow up costumer projects assigned to JJuan until they are in production.• Monitoring of commercial indicators (maintenance and analysis of the main sales indicators).• Manage incidents and claims as representative of the customer collaborating with Customer Quality.• Ensure compliance with the policies of procedures that apply according to the quality system.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Sales3+ years' of relevant work experience in industrial sales sector, preferably in the automotive sector or industrial machineryFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced EnglishWhat do we offer you?To be part of a first-class team of professionals, in constant growth and development.Competitive salary and annual bonus.You will be able to enjoy a wide range of training opportunities.Flexible remuneration (nursery, restaurant, health insurance...).Full working day with flexible hours and remote working (1 day/week)Friday departure at 14h.
