OverviewNovumgen is a diverse, integrated specialty pharmaceutical and biological company focused on investing, developing, manufacturing and supplying innovative products that provide benefits to patients and prescribers worldwide.We are looking for a key account manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Also seeking a person with a strong background in selling generic products to hospitals/retailers/wholesalers/pharmacies and managing commercial programs. This role involves building relationships within the pharmaceutical sector, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with various departments to maximize sales benefits.Responsibilities:Implement and manage commercial programs to maximize sales.Work within budgets and use pricing and discount structures effectively.Understand market changes and identify threats and opportunities.Communicate program impacts to stakeholders and collaborate on changes.Build and sustain relationships with key customers and internal teams.Acquire new business and adhere to company policies.Requirements:Experience selling to wholesalers and large pharmacy groups.Ability to adapt to changes and build positive relationships.Strong presentation, listening, and negotiating skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license
