KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST CNS/ONCOLOGY

As a Key Account Specialist in the CNS/Oncology division, you will drive sales and execute marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s goals and meet targeted sales objectives.
This role requires the effective, balanced presentation of the company's pharmaceuticals, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships within your designated area.
Location.
West Bulgaria Fixed-term contract with the possibility for extension upon completion Key Responsibilities.
Client Engagement.
Prepare for and follow up on visits, conducting double visits with colleagues to events and physicians as needed.
Visit Management.
Organize, plan, and manage daily visits according to categorization and required frequency.
Reporting.
Maintain accurate daily reporting in the iCONNECT system.
Customer Acquisition.
Proactively seek new customer relationships and sales opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication.
Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your territory, including opinion leaders, pharmacies, and nurses, to meet sales objectives.
Presentations.
Deliver speeches and presentations to various departments.
Event Coordination.
Organize and represent the company at industry congresses and events.
Data Management.
Maintain an up-to-date database, categorize accounts, and assess customers' roles for targeted engagement.
Market Analysis.
Monitor competitor activities and communicate insights to managers.
Reporting.
Prepare timely written and oral reports as specified by the Therapeutic Area Manager.
Financial Management.
Ensure precise financial record-keeping, budget adherence, and timely settlements.
Product Knowledge.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the product, therapeutic areas (TA), scientific literature, and therapeutic and financing protocols.
Asset Management.
Safeguard company assets and maintain all entrusted resources.
Meeting and Training Participation.
Attend cycle and sales meetings with adequate preparation and engage actively in training.
Deadline Adherence.
Consistently meet deadlines in all areas of responsibility.
Qualifications Candidate Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Chemistry) Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is advantageous Native Bulgarian speaker with advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) Strong customer focus, service orientation, proactive approach, and adaptability Effective organizational, analytical, and numerical skills Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing abilities Strategic market understanding with high ethical standards and regulatory compliance Proficiency with computer applications Valid driving license What We Offer.
