We are looking for two new additions, a Leisure Sales Manager and a MICE Sales Manager, to our sales department at METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella-Estepona (Spain). Main responsibilities Design and implement strategic business plans (for high end leisure accounts or/ MICE accounts) that expands, builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. The position is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities within the different markets. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Achieves personal and group sales goals for the sales department. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotels as sales manager. Good knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector. High level of English written and spoken.
