From planning dream vacations to managing daily tasks, our mission is to make life smoother, more enjoyable, and truly extraordinary for our members.Role OverviewAs a Lifestyle Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, assisting them with leisure and business travel arrangements, as well as lifestyle requests. Your goal will be to understand each client’s unique preferences and deliver exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring flawless execution of their travel and lifestyle requests through various communication channels (phone, messengers, email).Provide 24/7 support to clients, promptly addressing their queries and concerns.Manage and process daily client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Proactively resolve any issues that may arise during clients’ trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Coordinate with the operations team to fulfill client requests efficiently and effectively.Oversee payment processes, including receiving payments and conducting regular checks to ensure financial accuracy.Utilize in-house systems and maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers to support client needs.Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and industry updates.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 1 year in a travel or tourism-related role.Languages: Native or advanced level of Russian/Ukrainian and upper-intermediate level of English or higher.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proficiency in MS Office and other PC abilities.Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and creating exceptional experiences.Bonus: Personal travel experience is a plus.What We OfferSupportive Onboarding: A dedicated mentor will guide you through the trial period, ensuring a smooth start and clear understanding of your role.Professional Growth: Access to industry insights, continuous professional development, and opportunities to participate in FAM (familiarization) trips.Competitive Compensation: Starting from €1,200 with performance-based incentives.Dynamic Team: Join a vibrant, collaborative team committed to delivering excellence in luxury travel services.Flexibility: Remote work with a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00 Europe time) and availability after hours, if necessary.Why Join Us?At BSI Lifestyle, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the world of luxury travel.
