MAHLE SMARTBIKE SYSTEMS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DACH REGION

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide technical support and assitance to customers via e-mail and phone.
Adresses, responds and resolve customer enquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance.
You will also provide response in timely manner to customer queries and focus on building close long-term client relationships.
We are looking for a passionate candidate with a high sense of teamwork.
Your Contribution   Deliver training to OEM's and assemblers as per request and business needs.
Deploy high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action and improvement.
Take control of OEM's claims by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
Coordinate with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.
Guide customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
Prepare customer reports to track in progress on improvement actions.
Your Experience & Qualifications   Mechatronics or Bike industry background (or high knowledge) is required.
Hugh School graduate or higher.
At least 2 - 3 years experience in customer service environment.
MS Office package/ Microsoft Dynamics 365/ SAP.
English proficient and German proficient.
Logistics knowledge/ Training skills/ Innovation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
Proficient in customer focus skills.
Professional and pleasant telephone and face to face manner.
Availability to travel and visit customers when required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
