We have 7 business lines:Service centers: We supply flat steel, aluminum, tube, and 3D laser cutting to major manufacturers in the automotive sector.Metal structures: Metal structures for the road sector, agriculture and food industry, electrical infrastructure, energy and data transmission.Solar steel: Solar trackers and fixed structures for the photovoltaic solar market.Storage systems: Design, manufacture, and assemble integrated storage systems.Electromobility: Products for industrial and sustainable electric mobility applications.Precision tubes: High-precision carbon steel and stainless steel tubes with the best quality.Laser cutting: We are suppliers of 2D and 3D laser cutting of metal pieces.Job Description:Job title: Corporate Maintenance & Reliability EngineerHierarchical dependence: Corporate Reliability ManagerWorkplace type: on siteLocation: Madrid HQ calle Prolongación de Embajadores S/NContract: Unlimited termAvailability to travel: up to 40% of the timeArea: technical direction and reliability engineering areaFunctions and responsibilities: Assist Gonvarri´s worldwide plants (our internal customers) from their daily issues to their major breakdown issues managing with plant and providers the resolution of the issue, scheduling, organizing and minimizing the break down time and costs.Root cause analysis conducting through investigations to determine the underlying causes of equipment failures being able to transfer improvements in the systems or If it requires transferring the improvement to an IoT solution, as well as the continuous improvement of the preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Develop procedures creating and implementing new maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability.Collaborate in the planning of technological rollouts and worldwide group press inspections.Assist in the execution and implementation of diverse technological (IoT) solutions in the group's plants.Assist technically the project engineers in new purchases defining and ensuring equipment reliability and required functionalities.Collaborate in coordinating different equipment providers.Maintain ongoing relationships with external project stakeholders such as technology vendors.Ensure that project results meet established requirements and comply with quality standards, deadlines, and budget for each initiative.Collaborate working closely with plant maintenance teams and other departments, such as 4.0 to ensure reliability is integrated.Continuous improvement identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve the reliability of equipment and processes.Be able to analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends that could indicate potential issues.Requirements:Education and technical requirements: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial EngineeringExperience: 7 years + of industrial experience participating in international commissioning or plant maintenance management in industrial sector, preferably in automotive industry.Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and EnglishKnowledge & Tools: equipment manufacturing, hydraulic systems, electronic equipment, PLC, Autocad, Microsoft Office 365 (Advanced Excel), Power BI, Tia Portal will be valued, Knowledge in GMAO and SAP PM.
