MANAGEMENT OPERATING SYSTEMS-Order to Cash Ops Associate-ETT Prepares and records entries of assets, liabilities, income, and expenses by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, assigning, posting, and reconciling transactions Resolution of discrepancies.
Accrual Processing, Accrual Reversal, and Monthly Standard Journal Entries.
Preparation of GL Reconciliation, incl.
timely follow ups to ensure settlement of reconciliation items.
Responsible for the preparation and review of financial accounting analyses and journal entries to properly recognize the actual results of the material components of the client s operations.
Analyze transactions, understand and explain variances, and proactively identify potential problems and solutions.
Monthly analysis of all accounts on the balance sheet, including review of account reconciliations prepared and entered by the shared financial service.
Monthly confirmation of all balance sheet accounts and intercompany income statements.
Carry out the month end closing activities in compliance with the deadlines agreed with the client.
Prepares month end financial statements and special expense analyses in a timely manner.
Prepare and issue management reporting packages as needed to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Financial audit support point of contact for queries.
Provide QA support on transactions made by other resources within the team to ensure errors are identified internally.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement improvement opportunities.
Follow and enforce safe work practices and procedures required by the Company at all times.

Experience in RTR Monthly Closing and Reporting Activities.
Experience in the creation and maintenance of documents.
Advantageous knowledge of the retail industry.
Education or Certification Graduate Postgraduate Knowledge Skills Knowledge of accounting.
Month end closing procedures are a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of financial accounting principles.
Experience with an ERP business e.
., SAP or similar accounting software tools is a plus.
