You are a key player in the Bacardi Transformation process by ensuring a perfect development of the BEST Program.
Leading a team with a mix of experts in the different Technology areas is your responsibility ensure that the initiatives requested are properly prioritized and delivered on time and with quality at the time you properly manage the team’s workload.
Your trading functionality skills will make you the perfect partner to our different BPO whose streams are part of this program.

You are able to delegate with proper supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be.
Deliver the BEST Program with expected quality and Tech.
Trading Lead As a BEST program manager Define the BEST program governance that ensures proper delivery of the different requests under your program.
This includes tracking tools, prioritization and reporting meetings with the different stakeholders both from tech and business  Identify and propose KPI to properly follow the program evolution Understand the different projects/initiatives run under your BEST program in terms of size and complexity Understand the different deliverables by project and ensure their quality  Properly manage the team assigned to your program ensuring proper workload Properly understand and maintain the approval procedures for the different projects under the program Properly get reporting from the different Project Managers delivering initiatives under the BEST Program Ensure all deliverables are made according to the compliance and internal audit procedures Ensure the quality of the documentation and proper KT to the ASG support team and to the different Solution Managers Identify users impacted by initiatives and ensure proper training when needed As Tech Trading lead You understand the Bacardi Trading Tech Solution You are able to discuss and propose solution with the different BPO involved in Trading activities You are able to assess the program team on the right approach for each requirement   Be an IT inspiring leader Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the Tech organization around you Measures of Success Activities/Projects assigned to you are successfully delivered  You demonstrate the capacity of creating the perfect link the stakeholders involved in the Bacardi Trading process  You are recognized by business as a valuable partner to clarify requirements, understand needs and ensure solutions SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy.
Experience in project management Deep Business Knowledge - Understand the business process design, especially in the area of trading business Good knowledge of our solution technology, especially SAP MM, SD  Able to successfully manage several activities at the same time Able to speak about technicalities with the business and able to understand business language Able to manage a cross functional team and ensure proper workload balance and good environment Have capacity to understand the processes end-to-end Possess data analysis skills Experience with Bacardi System development lifecycle methodology  Experience/exposure to different markets dynamics / specificities / cultures Proficiency in English language skills Personal Qualities.
