00a0 We are currently looking for two Corporate Sponsoring Managers (m/f/d) for a newly established central sponsoring team.
u00a0 u00a0 ABOUT THE JOB u00a0 Responsibility for project management related to sponsored events worldwide Including budget coordination, agency briefings, exchange with the respective local partner Coordination with commercial teams within the Markets & Airline and Hotels & Resorts organizations Responsible for event management ‘on the ground’ in various European countries Organizing and facilitating receptions, press briefings, tours, etc.
in the context of the respective sponsored event Assigning tasks and priorities to ensure successful events Preparation and implementation of crisis responses (e.

cancellation due to bad weather) Providing help and support on the ground in looking after VIPs such as top managers, influencers, journalists, etc.
Review process and suggestions for improvement to continuously improve TUI’s presence at the sponsored events Preparation of scouting activities and further options for a global TUI sponsorship strategy Editorial support for reporting on the events (internal and external channels) Preparation of the events in words, pictures and videos, offline and digital u00a0 u00a0 ABOUT YOU u00a0 Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/events, communication science, social sciences or a comparable degree At least 5 years of experience in event management, sponsoring or sports marketingu00a0 Experience with international brands or customersu00a0 Experience in the tourism industry desirable Talent and enthusiasm for project and event managementu00a0 Experience in the editorial field / reporting on sporting eventsu00a0 Ability to work under pressure and to travel internationally for extended periodsu00a0 Fluent in English and another language such as German, Spanish, Greek or Portuguese u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 ABOUT OUR OFFER u00a0 Working in the leading global tourism group.
