Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is recruiting for a Manager, Market Access Insights & Analytics to be based in Horsham, PA with flexible 2-day remote work available.

The Manager, Market Access Insights and Analytics will be a trusted advisor and partner to the Strategic Customer Group (SCG), specifically Value, Access and Pricing (VAP) teams.
They will be responsible for generating, integrating and translating payer and provider insights and analytics into growth opportunities and tactics that shape decisions and drive organizational action for JJIM.
Duties.
This position will be comprised of approximately 50% analytics and 50% market research in support of the VAP oncology team.
Generate insights to advise on US market access readiness launches and critical inline brand access opportunities.
Advise brand Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR) by conducting voice-of-customer market research (e.
.
payer landscape, pricing, mock P/T, payer/hospital messaging, value proposition, etc.) conduct analog assessments (e.
.
access uptake, volume, pricing, channel, geographic considerations) on ‘what if’ and trade off scenarios Monitor utilization management trends; gather customer and market intelligence from secondary and desk research Support scenario planning for pricing teams including assessing market conditions for price/WAC, LPA & contracting considerations Work with critical market access suppliers.
Handle resources, timing, and overall project goals.
Develop positive relationships with internal teams who support brand access (e.
.
SCG, payer marketing, GCSO, USBD, SIA brand support) Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree Required.
MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
Knowledge of market access dynamics, channels, customers (e.
.
payers, IDNs, specialty pharmacy, patient access, trade distribution) Ability to work with 3rd party suppliers and demonstrate critical project management abilities (e.
.
end-to-end planning, writing RFPs, lead projects, run critical stage gates, timings of results and internal partners expectations) Ability to use disparate data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities Willingness to help shape and influence organizational decision-making Demonstrated success solving business challenges and generating impactful insights and recommendations Storyteller; data visualization and developing effective presentations High degree of intellectual curiosity; strong learning agility Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau (and related data views) Ability to collaborate and influence with authority Preferred Skills.
Experience in oncology Demonstrated ability in Market Access related activities Proficient in use/application of Rx, claims, and managed markets data sources (e.
.
IQVIA, SHS, MMIT, Komodo, DRG/Clarivate, SSR Health, AnalySource) Working with syndicated sources (e.
.
Alphasense, Eversana, Dedham, Cleveland, Drug Channels, etc.) Prior experience working in pharma managed markets or with a health insurer or health or hospital system The expected compensation range for this role.
