Key Responsibilities.
Overall product communications to support DPS business unit DPS R&D and innovation comms including product launches Regional conference/stakeholder/medical meeting communication strategy Media relations and investor communications Global employee engagement communications Global CSR and ESG partnership management Issues Management Global team leader – managing multiple staff to ensure coordinated approach and seamless execution.
Financial management Management of vendors, agencies, and partners Qualifications Education.
BA/BS required Experience and Skills.
6+ years relevant work experience Knowledge of healthcare companies / environment Experience with media relations, editorial, multimedia content, channel strategy, audience engagement Self-starter with proven project management skills, good judgment and demonstrated ability to solve problems Desire to be an effective team member and to contribute proactively to group success Excellent organization and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all levels of leadership Other.
Travel of up to 10% may be required.
Salary.
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States.
Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The base pay range for this position is $.
Bonus.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
