How will you make an impact in this role? The successful candidate will position him/herself in an advisory role to identify opportunities, analyze complex variables and create strategies that enhance acquisition, activation and retention performance of our Bank Partners portfolio as well as identifying opportunities to add business value to our partners while discovering synergies to enhance our overall acquisition strategy.
This role will also support the team to achieve its control and compliance goals, making sure it adheres to all relevant regulations an internal Amex policy.
The successful candidate will support the GMNS (Global Merchant Network Services) Acquisition Team managing and helping in various ad-hoc projects.
This role is for an ambitious self-starter who is comfortable working within ambiguous parameters in a dynamic organization and is quick to learn and enjoy doing so.
Main Responsibilities will be.
Lead a team of two Sales Support specialists making sure their performance meets expectations, and their workload is efficiently managed.
Use reporting data to obtain insights from Bank Partners portfolio, track performance and identify trends, in activation, attrition, challenges and opportunities to provide actionable feedback to the sales and Bank Partners team.
Execute robust processes to deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting,and forecasting Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management leveraging data analysis and business recommendations to accelerate coverage acceptance.
Report and analyze recurring and ad-hoc Sales and CRM campaigns to measure performance and cost efficiency.
Support business planning functions for new and existing strategic partnerships analysis and business case creation Responsible for the accuracy of the data and reports to be delivered to our 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.
Own and manage accounting, invoicing, and budget control for the Bank Partners team.
Support Bank Partners and External Sales Agent teams by working closely with stakeholders(legal, compliance, marketing, tech) to ensure our strategic alliances comply with regulation and Amex policies.
Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage data for regulatory reporting, monitoring, and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Spanish speaker and fluent in English language with strong verbal and written skills.
Strong analytical skills, minimum 5 years' experience in analytics / MI roles Proficient MS Excel user and any other database management toll will be a plus.
Proven record of successfully managing teams in a sales environment.
Candidate must be a confident communicator able to influence and build relationships with its main stakeholders Basic knowledge of P&L management and accounting rules Previous experience with AML/KYC related projects Candidate must be detailed oriented and highly organized individual.
