Roles & Responsibilities Obtain 95% of incident resolution, minimise MTTR Support provide and build activity Manage and assist change activity with zero incident due to change Provide Infrastructure maintenance to support customer and platform requirements.
On-boarding of New Networks and systems.
Act as SME during Major incidents Manage multiple projects in intense environment.
Prepare detailed performance, benefit analysis Improve team performance and simplify complex process Real-time operational role providing support for complex multi-technology solutions.
Customer focused approach to meet desired customer experience.
