MANUFACTURING & PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description Summary Are you a dynamic and analytical professional with a knack for project management and manufacturing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing & Project Engineer.
In this role, you will support production engineers by analyzing sales order data, following up on project management status, and communicating with global regions about the manufacturing status of sales orders.
You will be responsible for preparing detailed project plans, interfacing with suppliers, analyzing production work orders, and implementing user-friendly solutions in SAP or ERP.
Additionally, you will conduct investigations into stock issues, support lean manufacturing projects, and track key process indicators.

Supporting production engineers by analyzing monthly-quarterly data of sales order portfolio (order book) and forecast figures.
Daily follow up with project management order book status.
Communicating and interfacing with different world regions about the manufacturing status of sales orders from beginning to end process flow, including shipping status.
Supporting production engineers by preparing detailed planning for relevant projects and completion of the defined milestones.
Supporting production engineers to interface with suppliers and service areas of supply chain for completion of a defined planning.
Analysis of production work orders and production reports.
Analysis of cycle times within production work orders (real vs.
planned).
Support keeping track of Key Process Indicators and follow-up of defined action plans (Quality, Cost and Delivery).
Implement user friendly solutions to production users by mapping processes and implementing with IT easy friendly solutions in SAP or ERP.
Implementation at production of ideal work centers at production.
Conducting investigation analysis along with management for systemic stock issues such as.
lack of materials, min.
Stock requirements on bulk  materials.
Supporting production engineers for implementation of lean manufacturing projects (5s, Andon, Bottleneck analysis, Gemba, Root Cause Analyisis, OEE, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) Qualifications/Requirements.
Industrial Engineering or Business Admin.
Degree or equivalent.
High level in Spanish and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with the different departments.
Team working approach, good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility and self-learning aptitude.
Intermediate knowledge of Gantt tool.
