As a leader in the industry, we empower businesses to optimize their supply chain operations and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.We are seeking a dedicated Market Research Specialist to help drive our growth by providing critical market insights.Role:Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, industry associations, social media, databases, and networking events.Data Support: Provide relevant and accurate data to support marketing campaigns and business event preparations.Market Analysis: Prepare data analysis and reports on customer markets, industries, and our direct competition.Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.CRM Management: Maintain accurate information on leads in our CRM, following the Company’s Sales Process.Metrics Analysis: Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Experience: Experience in sales and/or data research, preferably in a start-up environment.Data Analysis: Ability to compile and analyze data and create reports to support data-driven decisions.Lead Generation: Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies.Software Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.Independent & Team Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.Language Skills: High fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and at least advanced in Spanish (written and spoken).
