Location.
Granada, Spain (Hybrid working methodology) WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AXR3 from all international company units.
Manage a team of 5 consultants, who are integral members of a larger group consisting of over 20 professionals based in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands.
This collaborative team closely cooperates, fostering an environment where members exchange valuable professional experiences.
Collaborate with contractors.
Oversee the management of full IT processes.
Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.
WHAT DO YOU BRING.
Practical advanced knowledge of one module in AXR3; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.
2+ years of experience as a team leader.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Open to working 3 days from the office.
