Largely thanks to our employees, who, day after day, are shaking up the codes of cybersecurity and taking real action to ensure everyone's safety.If you would like to make a real impact, we invite you to join our team as a SOC MSSP Service Designer Owner (M/F/X).Your assignments will be exciting and varied, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers to solve complex problems.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a service vision and roadmap that empowers the rest of the organization to execute, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.Take full ownership of the product to deliver a positive ROI by balancing costs and benefits.Designing of the SOC service possible offerings (modular SOC service offerings) for existing and new marketsDesigning of service descriptionsDesigning of SOC service pricing model and pricing strategiesEvaluation of the model with test customersCreation of the marketing strategy, materials for the entire customer journey cycleDefining, creation and alignment of the sales related processes (pre-sales, up-sales, service offering integration into broader service portfolio of the NHEvaluate regulatory and compliance requirements for target market and address them in service designLead product development and lifecycle planning with clear objectives, timelines and stakeholder alignment.Engage and align stakeholders to gather input, secure buy-in, and communicate strategies effectively.Foster a cohesive product management team and ensure effective collaboration with engineering, concept development, sales, and procurement.Adopt efficient methods for data collection and analysis, supporting data and metric-driven decision-making.Active contribution into brand and customer communication strategies, development of new sales channelsOur way of life: NEVER give upWe don't believe in idle time in your career.Beta testingOnline training via our Learn toolCertification (100% paid for)Work on internal subjectsEnrichment via our communities of expertsBetter to know:We develop our own artificial intelligence products thanks to our R&D laboratories based in FranceWe have products for analysing the vulnerability of businesses, testing and qualifying cyber skills...For more information, visit www.neverhack.com.
