NATIONAL SALES MANAGER AGRICULTURAL (BILINGUAL) / KNOWLEDGE OF BIOSTIMULANTS

A world-leading company in the development of advanced, ultra-regenerative, plant-based biomaterials based on seaweed, is seeking to fill the position of National Sales Manager, to work in the Mexican Republic (home office mode).
Do you have more than 7 years of experience in the position or similar in the sale of agricultural supplies? Are you fluent in English and available to travel? Do you have experience in marketing, product management, budgeting, reporting, and sales driving, as well as a client base in Mexico? Then this vacancy is for you! The person in the position will be responsible for managing and leading multiple projects with multiple representatives in the Mexican Republic while completing the responsibilities of sales management, marketing, product management, budgeting, reporting and sales driving.
Work area.
Republic of Mexico (home office) Experience/Requirements.
Agricultural Engineer or similar; +7 years of experience in the position or similar in the sale of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, biostimulants, pesticides, etc.
(strong preference for biostimulants or algae extracts), with experience leading work teams and marketing skills; Fluent English and availability to travel required; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel) and CRM (Hubspot or similar); Successful sales history (existing client base); Ability to professionally deliver sales presentations online and in person; Excellent understanding of market dynamics, crop cycles, pricing strategies, territorial disputes (management, prevention and resolution of conflicts between representatives, distributors and sub-distributors) Experience with product registrations (labels, COFEPRIS, technical sheets, production of compliant marketing materials); Manage sales representatives' activities, measure productivity and report to superiors; Manage the marketing strategy and its implementation for Mexico and its potential expansion into Central America; Manage the budget for the sales territory and use available resources to achieve sales objectives; Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
