They are committed to quality and innovation, establishing themselves as a trusted partner in the industry.Mission:The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across the country. This role is crucial for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction flooring sector, ensuring the company’s competitive advantage and enhancing customer engagement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience (8-12 years) in sales management, particularly within the construction materials industry.Strong understanding of the flooring market dynamics and customer needs.Excellent relational skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.High proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and increasing market share.Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and distributors, to foster long-term partnerships.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the flooring sector, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing feedback, support, and professional development opportunities.Performance Metrics:Establish clear performance metrics for the sales team, tracking progress towards sales goals and providing coaching to drive results.Competencies:Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies that align with market needs.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions based on market data.Customer Orientation:Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.Leadership:Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams to achieve high performance in a collaborative work environment.Adaptability:Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.Ideally residence in Madrid. ​
