Let’s Talk about the Role As a Sales Coordinator you will support in the coordination of two different sales areas in El Corte Inglés.
management of the digital concession in ECI for the Brand as well as managing the implementation of visual tools and Marketing campaign in the stores.
The position requires coordination with Sales & Marketing associates for the local VF implementation, with HQ to get confirmations and alignments on store refits and openings, as well as good knowledge of digital environment to ensure ecommerce in ECI platform is active and following business campaigns and sales activations.
Your main responsibilities will be.
Digital concession.
Cataloguing of each season's product with its respective templates that must be uploaded to ECI's MIRAKL online platform, following ECI guidelines.
Update and maintenance of the Brand shop through emails and Teams/Zoom meetings in direct contact with ECI's Digital team to make the necessary changes in banners, landing page, categories by gender or linked product, product segmentation, etc.
Marketing campaigns/Digital visibility.
Negotiation of marketing campaign costs, work on banners, videos, gifs, texts, etc.
necessary for the appearance of our marketing campaigns in different areas of the El Corte Inglés website and reporting and analysis of the results obtained after the execution of the campaigns.
Explore new formulas of digital MKT in ECI APP and social media platforms.
Customer service/Incident management in online orders Digital data analysis.
Daily with aim to aim to exchange the best practice on monthly zoom meeting with ECI team and ECOM team to analyze the results and to share best practice.
Management of the daily VM of the concessions.
Bespoke adaptation VM in ECI concessions based of Vans retail VM strategy.
Direct contact with store teams to supervise concessions VM.
Direct influence over Vans ECI look and feel in all of the concession locations and beyond.
Co-Creation and leadership in regular photo repository of store looks after new season/campaign implementation.
Adapting In-store marketing campaigns.
Previous work of creating renders with the different POP elements designed for the customization of all the spaces of our concessions.
Request for approval by the international design team through the DAM/Manage online platform.
Contact with external supplier for the production and sending of the creatives to the concessions.
Request to create PO numbers for invoicing.
Project management (refits and openings).
Reception, evaluation and negotiation of the floor plans with the assigned spaces.
Direct contact with internal or external supplier (as the case may be) for the request, design, rendering and Store Briefing of the necessary furniture and brand image.
Supervise the production of material and furniture, shipping and assembly Development and sending of a report with photographs of the renovation or opening executed.
Skills for Success The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
Business English fluency.
Good outlook tools knowledge (Mail, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Experience using Cognos.
Driving license.
Ability to plan, organize and manage project timeline.
Excellent interpersonal skills, to facilitate HQ support and alignment and main client relationship.
Good communication and teamwork skills to ensure project implementations in stores.
Previous experience in retail is a must.
Ideal candidate has to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in their work, particularly in processes that require consistent repetition.
Minimum experience at least 2 years managing digital sales sites and/or visual tools in store will be very much appreciated.
