Nestlé Health Science Full-time Temporary – Maternity Leave     POSITION SUMMARY Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results This role exists to support the development of Vital Proteins brand, in its different territories, in conjunction with the Global marketing team.
The main responsabilities will be executing and optimising the marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion) in the market by developing and implementing the agreed business plan mainly focused on consumer needs and Direct -To-Consumer (DTC) actions, by becoming the captain of the category in pharmacy, retail & ecommerce and launching the Innovation & Renovation pipeline created as a relevant growth lever.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …     Defines and implements detailed local marketing plans for Vital Proteins (product, price, place and promotion), including.
1) DTC communication, digital, media plans, etc   2) list price, Total  budget spend  3) "Test and learn" opportunities to become the product and brand reference in consumer  mind.
Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand Activates Brand Essence.
Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and strategic plan.
Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment, in order to implement corrective actions, if necessary, to achieve business goals.
Leads cross-functional teams (including digital, sales, regulatory affairs, medical, operations) to drive alignment and flawless execution of strategic plans and tactical demand generation activities, including Monthly Sales Review (MSR) and execution of Innovation and Renovation pipeline In conjunction with Sales lead, engage with customers (eg, wholesalers, pharmacies, retailers) to support sales/account managers to build and develop the relevant channel and achieve optimum distribution levels and the right brand visibility in the Point of Sale.
Depending on market size and set up, may be responsible for Trade activities.
Strong focus on category creation and category management Implements education and training for Sales force and Customers (Pharmacists, Retailers) and Internal Stakeholders.
ARE YOU A FIT?      Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or 3 years in other function ideally in Sales in a FMCG company.
Experience working with the retail channel Knowledge of pharmacy channel is a plus.
Experience working in cross functional teams Experience with eBusiness (digital and influencers, SSMM campaigns).
