Are you a skilled professional in real estate with a talent for cultivating relationships with developers and listing new building projects? Lucas Fox, a leading luxury property business in Barcelona, is seeking a proactive and motivated New Developments - Key Account Manager (Listings focussed) to join our team in Madrid.Lucas Fox has been at the forefront of the luxury property market since 2005, renowned for innovation, reliability, and expert market knowledge. We are recognized nationally and internationally for our exceptional service and dedication to the industry.Role Overview:As a New Developments KAM, your primary role will be to focus on building our portfolio of new development projects by establishing and nurturing relationships with local and international developers. You will serve as the main point of contact during project development, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful commercialization through Lucas Fox.Key Responsibilities:To establish and manage relationships with Developers:Negotiate terms and agreements with developers to secure listing and commercialization with Lucas Fox.Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, both local and international.Act as the main point of contact throughout all stages of project development.New Projects Listing and Management:Identify and list new building projects in key areas to expand our residential property portfolio.Ensure accurate and up-to-date project information is maintained in relevant systems.Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and maximize project visibility.Commercialization:Lead the commercialization efforts of new development projects through Lucas Fox.Coordinate with sales agents and promoters to drive sales and achieve project goals.Business Development:Develop and nurture a network of contacts within the developer and construction community.Explore opportunities to enhance our listing portfolio and business growth.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate market.Previous experience in new developments or listing building projects is highly desirable.Deep knowledge of the Barcelona real estate market.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Motivated and driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.BenefitsFull-time permanent contract Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal days whenever you feel like taking a breakWeekly language classes during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox)Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.Extensive initial & ongoing trainingBeing part of a constantly growing company & multicultural team, with endless opportunities for career developmentA modern, international & professional working environmentWe work hard and have fun!
