Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup based within the beauty sector based in Marbella and operating within the US market.
They’re seeking an experienced Product Developer to join their team.

Collaborate directly with the business owner to develop innovative beauty productsConduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new product developmentCreate detailed product formulations, specifications, and prototypes using industry-standard tools and techniquesTest and refine prototypes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-usersProject Management.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and on scheduleCoordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to source raw materials and packaging componentsOversee the production process, from initial concept to final product launchEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
