NEW TENANT ONBOARDING MANAGER

Role title.
Tenant Onboarding Manager Location.
UK Role Purpose   Infrastructure Engineering team plays a key role in Dynamo a multi-year programme to roll out a new Business Intelligence Solution based on Google Cloud Platform for all local markets replacing the existing BI solutions.
This team plays a pivotal role in onboarding new Dynamo customers as well as provision new users and equally in ensuring that on premise eco-system is reliable and meets the required SLA’s.
The role is a member of Infrastructure Engineering team acting as a manager of onboarding the new tenants or expansion of existing tenants in Dynamo.
This role requires an excellent understanding of Dynamo service and eco-system with good technical knowledge of every component of the eco-system.
Equally this role requires excellent communication skills, problem solving, analytical and strong operations skills including problem and incident management and resolution.

Creates accurate structure to provide reports of open cases, status, next steps to contain.
Actively works with senior management to ensure proper prioritization of open cases.
Actively working with the end customer to ensure common understanding of actions to contain as well as getting support when needed to validate resolution.
Present to customers monthly reports of platform availability and maintain the outages centralized information and sharing root cause analysis for every P1/P2 incident.
Create the future.
Drives and ensures permanent simplification of structures, processes, systems and all customer products and materials.
Works with all Dynamo teams to ensure new features are added to product roadmap to resolve incidents being raised or issues appearing often Get it Done Together.
Driving continuous cooperation between Dynamo teams to ensure resolution of incidents in due course.
Work with the teams to ensure proper documentation is place starting with known bugs and resolution but also available features, user guides, etc.
Experiment, Learn Fast.
Continuous adaptation of reporting mechanism to improve customer understanding of status and progress.
Adapt reporting mechanism to allow senior management to have all the required information to allow proper decision making on prioritization.
Other areas of expertise.
Fixing cases related to support escalation.
Fully know critical issues to route support escalation incidents to concerned teams Comfortable that based on post-incident reviews optimizes the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to boost service reliability Comfortable in reading and interpreting monitoring information  Basic knowledge of Cloud GCP, networks, Linux OS, Infrastructure related elements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Passion for technology  What you’ll do   Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Operations experience with focus on troubleshooting live issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent reporting skills Excellent interacting with customers Understanding of all monitoring, fault detection and self-repairing processes involved with Dynamo ecosystem components Who you are   Preferred core competencies, knowledge and experience.
