Job Description About the Role We are looking for a motivated Office Support Intern to join our Client Services and Fulfilment teams in Madrid.
This internship provides a fantastic opportunity for a university student to gain practical experience in a vibrant office environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to impactful projects while developing essential administrative and event coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities Workshop Support.
Assist our Learning Event Coordinators in setting up client workshops, including meeting room arrangements.
Documentation Management.
Prepare and issue registration links, pre-work documents, and legal paperwork for participants.
Order Processing.
Coordinate orders for materials needed for events in Spain and Italy.
Stock Management.
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
Travel Coordination.
Help arrange travel reservations for team members.
Event Assistance.
Support office events by preparing rooms, ordering catering, and welcoming participants.
IT Maintenance.
Keep track of updates for office IT devices.
Legal Documentation.
Prepare legal documents for Spanish training funding.
Additional Support.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required including, supporting our practitioners in a variety of tasks and projects.
Qualifications Essential Requirements.
Must be currently enrolled in a university and eligible for an internship through the institution’s scheme.
Fluent in English and Spanish, verbal and written.
Must not have exhausted their eligibility for internships.
Desirable Qualifications and Criteria.
A degree (or currently studying towards) in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or a complementary course or degree.
Proficiency in verbal and written Italian communication skills.
