We are looking for a Office Management Assistant to join our team. He/ She will develop following responsibilities:Assist Offman & People department VISAsSchedule and reservation of the different meeting rooms Filter of incoming calls (switchboard), mails and other material. Take messages, handle inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate individuals Greet visitors, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personsSend/receive courier & correspondenceArrange and confirm appointments for clientsControl file and file documentation of commercial contractsOperate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systemsSet up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for recordsGeneral purchase Previous experience required:Good written and oral communication skills Self- sufficient and problem solvingHighly responsible, ability to multi - task and capable to work with constant interruptions Good team player Knowledge of Google docs; Microsoft, SAP (preferable)Education:Preferable Secretarial studies with administrative knowledge Advanced level of English, Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written Skills:VersatileMotivated, proactive, dynamic and methodical/ very well organizedCan do attitude & communicative Focused/ this work has a lot of interruptionsYouthful and warm-heartedEase to learn
