A well-reputed real estate developer in Oman is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join their dynamic sales team in Muscat.Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferencesOffer professional advice and guidance on property buying and investment opportunitiesGenerate and follow up on leads to expand the client baseDevelop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunitiesStay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offeringsProvide clients with accurate and up-to-date market informationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyaltyConduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investmentFacilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completedRequirements:English language proficiencyMinimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience in Real Estate, Fashion, Luxury Retails, Aviation or Hospitality.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelor's degreeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamExhibits a strong passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.What we Offer:Monthly basis salary 1500 Omani Riyal .
