Additionally, this role is perfect for someone who excels in problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.We are IN, are you IN?🔎About the role:Dedication: Full-timeWork model: Flexible, combining office work with teleworkingLocation: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)Project’s Lenght: Permanent💼 Main responsibilities:Reporting to the General Management and working as the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of our projects, from the confirmation of sales to final delivery. You will work closely with project teams, specialists, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external suppliers, ensuring that project objectives are met in terms of time, quality, cost, and client satisfaction.Project Allocation:Coordinate the assignment of projects to teams and SMEs, managing workloads, specialties, and team motivation.Operational Management:Oversee and control the information and task completion in project management tools like ClickUp, ensuring the tracking of key KPIs (timelines, billing, expenses, margins, quality, client satisfaction, etc.).Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.Sales Reporting:Maintain clear communication with the sales team/KA, providing regular updates on project status and client satisfaction.Purchasing and Supplier Management:Manage procurement requests, coordinating with suppliers and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and highlight and document success stories within the company.🎓Background & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in Project Management, Operations Management, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within a multiservice agency or B2B environment. Strong track record of managing complex projects and processes.Proficiency in using project management ERPs such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana, with experience in agile methodologies.Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills that enable clear, concise, and effective collaboration in a team environment.Outstanding leadership and management skills, with proven experience in overseeing multidisciplinary and remote teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers and multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and delivery of impactful results.Highly proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
