As part of the FR Operations Management team, your mission is to distill a vision for operations that aligns with the company’s business plan, and develop a resilient system performing at its maximal potential.

Your Key Responsibilities.
Lead and Execute.
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally.
Work closely with stakeholders—product, data, sales teams, other operations teams, and others—to align efforts and maximize impact.

Your manager.
You’ll work under the guidance of the B2B2C Operations Lead, Quentin, and the FR Head of Operations, Jacques, who will provide oversight and support as you drive meaningful outcomes in your role.

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a related field, where you've developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive impact.
