We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for a Oracle Case Management Specialist working close to one of our main clients in asset management sector.📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:The Oracle Case Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing case management processes within the Oracle suite of applications.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of case management workflows and have experience in configuring and customizing Oracle applications to meet business needs.Case Management Implementation: Configure and implement Oracle Case Management solutions to streamline case processing.Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.User Support and Training: Provide training and support to users on case management processes and tools.Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and analytics on case management performance and identify trends for process improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of case management practices.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of case management procedures and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Oracle enhancements and industry best practices to continually improve case management capabilities.💡 What UST expects from you?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience with Oracle Case Management or similar case management systems.Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.Experience in training users and creating user documentation.Familiarity with database management and reporting tools is a plus.Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.📍 Work location100% remote within Spain.⏰ Work scheduleBusiness Hours.Temporary position: 6 months📧 If you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in details.
